A native of Saratoga, New York, Andrea has delighted in the warm personalities and warm weather of the South. She has often remarked, “I moved here as quickly as I could.” After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Andrea headed for the Sunshine State where she honed her skills as a master chef. From cooking in the Florida Governor’s Mansion to owning her own upscale restaurant in Tallahassee, Andrea’s days as a chef have provided her with true insight into kitchen layout & design, how to work with people, as well as contract negotiations. In 1999, Andrea and her husband, Keven, a golf professional, along with their two children, Emily and Kyle, moved to Highlands. Shortly after relocating to the area, they built two homes, and have since been involved in many remodeling projects. In 2003, Andrea decided to obtain her real estate license, and she has gone on to enjoy a career which fuses her passion for building and helping a buyer see a home’s full potential with her unwavering commitment to customer service. Andrea’s unrivaled attention to detail, extensive knowledge of the area and the market provides her clients with the expertise necessary to buy or sell a property with confidence.
Andrea is keenly aware of the influence and the marketing reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand; she leverages the Sotheby’s network, targets home buyers, and generates results. With a strong focus on personal service and attention to detail, she provides a consultative approach in assisting clients through each step of the buying and selling process. Having a reputation for being a top negotiator, she is also known for succinctly explaining complicated contract matters. She was chosen as one of only a handful of people to work on the $12 million dollar Sagee Manor marketing team - a property that sold in 2014.
Outside of work Andrea can be seen hiking unknown trails, finding unnamed waterfalls or at The Bascom at Sotheby’s events; she is also involved with various church projects and charity fund-raising events to support both local and national charities.
